Introducing a "Work" section

A home for evidence-led impact stories documenting measurable outcomes from my work on platforms, performance, and design systems.
Now that I'm back into keeping this site updated, I could see that it told a lot about what I did, but I wasn't taking the pause to reflect on the impact of work I've led.
So I've added a new Work section to chronicle measurable outcomes and context behind my platform, performance, and design system work.
The blog shares techniques, tutorials, and implementation details. The Work section complements that with evidence-led outcomes — useful for recruiters or my own navel gazing.
It was also an interesting effort to look back at old project notes, I didn't really notice how much my work has transformed from keeping things running towards leading change.
Anyways, examples include:
- UNDRR platform transformation — cut median response time in half (0.88s → 0.45s), 20% Azure cost reduction, 51% database latency improvement
 - Editorial efficiency improvements — saved 120 hours monthly per 100 editors by addressing workflow friction
 - GAR 2025 landing page — 40% engagement lift through outcomes-first storytelling and interactive design
 - EMBL Visual Framework — design system scaled across 50+ sites serving life sciences research

The Work section is live now. Browse the impact stories, and if you have feedback on the format or want to know more about any project, I'd love to hear it.
